24/7 helpdesk support via helpdesk.econet.org.in
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.
3.3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Fees, Billing & Payment
4.1. All fees are as quoted on our website or in written proposals.
4.2. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in advance (annual or one-time) and non-refundable.
4.3. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
5. User Obligations
5.1. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
5.2. You may not host, transmit, or link to content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
5.3. We reserve the right to suspend services if you violate acceptable-use policies.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All software, designs, and documentation provided by EcoNet.org.in remain our intellectual property unless otherwise licensed.
6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for your business purposes.
7. Warranty & Disclaimer
7.1. We warrant that we will provide services with reasonable skill and care.
7.2. Except as expressly stated, services and materials are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. In no event shall EcoNet.org.in be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days’ written notice.
9.2. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
9.3. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees, and we may delete data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
